(October 23, 2009)TRAINING: ACT Basic Training This training is designed to help staff who are new to Assertive Community Treatment to deepen their understanding of the philosophy, structure, and skills needed to successfully implement the ACT Model. This introductory training is geared toward the direct service staff and while it does not include issues from a managerial perspective, supervisors of Team Leaders have found it very helpful to have a working knowledge of what the team is supposed to do.
